Time to Install Shifter Forks
Previous | Home | NextThis montage is illustrating how the shifter forks go in. The Baker instructions are very vague and their picture in the manual is washed out from repeated generation copies. The forks will only go in one way; so there's not much worry about improper installation. To help, they're also labeled for mainshaft and countershaft. It just takes time to figure out which way is the only way they'll fit in. I took several pictures which can be used as reference if anyone needs them.
