Baker Shifter Drum Installation
Previous | Home | NextOnce getting the shifter forks in proper places and dribbled transmission lube all over them, I installed the shift drum. The pillow block mounts have guides to hold it in place. One simply moves the shift forks around until the pins drop into the slots in the drum.
Oh, and one wouldn't want to forget to lift the shifter pawl and drop it onto the end of the drum.
